Synopsis:
Touya Mochizuki was accidentally killed, and as an apology, God allows him to be reborn in a fantasy world and will grant him any one wish he desires. And so, Touya chooses to keep his smartphone in the next world. In his second chance at life, he befriends many important figures and comes across the world's secret. He inherits the legacy of an ancient civilization and travels around nonchalantly while possessing powers that rival this world's kings.

Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomo Ni - This series is amusing in a lighthearted, hollowheaded sort of way. Total wish fulfillment fantasy, not very deep, but should be entertaining as long as you don't expect too much out of it. One of the few LNs I can think of that actually got an official english LN release before its anime adaptation.
a bit ReZero w/o gore or Kon0suba, by lighthearted you mean less ecchi?

Saw the first episode, and quite frankly it feels like a watered down version of Kono Suba, and maybe a bit of Re:Zero, minus the gore and death moments. Yes there is some fanservice moments, but not enough to say it's an ecchi comedy of sorts. In any case I'm on the fence for it right now since it's just the first episode, and quite frankly the only redeeming thing about the guy is that he was rather calm about being accidentally killed here when this whole thing started.

At least it isn't an unfair world like Konosuba's (he learned Kazuma's Steal' too lol), on 'easy mode' thanks to kamisama... now that Yae and Sue debut in ep.2 Tōya is Almost their messiah, aside fanservice-ish bits fantasizing his harem :d

Seen the first episode, going to try the 2nd.

Pros:
The main character is okay with his circumstances - Has a awesome type of god that helps him.

Cons:
Deus Ex Machina moments (literally) - Question if nobody will miss him in the other world. - If he is okay with not contacting the other world, why bother seeing the news? - Gets overpowered abilities from God, even though he said himself, that you will be able to quickly learn magic abilities on your own. - The amount of in-between scenes cut away with tiny little animations that break the flow. (very quickly irritating).

I think he still likes to know what's going on his world, bumpers? 8 first then 6 but now only 2! yep i counted them... fun ep.3: Kikuko Inoue's I'm 17' running gag, shogimania (3 gatsu no Lion parody?) and Yumina's debut as cliffhanger ;)

this series is kind of a rather light hearted time killer if anything, but a fun one to watch though. So far it feels like there is more to introduce to all of this.
yep a more predictable #4 as poisoning case (its marriage bomb less), i'm glad those other gals aren't clingy yet... i would prefer Charlotte to join instead ;( at least Slip is his trademark spell not Steal'Aports, btw are you liking Iseshoku?:)

Well with this episode it seems that kami-sama wants him to enjoy his new life by trying to go for the harem route, and also giving him the okay to do it. From the looks of it he might end up being the typical clueless protagonist, but he knows that one of them pretty much has two years to get him to marry her. Also, the poisoning part in this episode was kind of obvious on who did it as well here.

Well at least it's an okay time killer for that other Isekai series I'm watching, and yes I'm talking about the restaurant one.

polygamy is allowed after all yet aware He is always(?) watching, Tōya isn't too pervy but finally his dream came true... a bit ecchi ep'5 ;p x-ray app! the slime researcher and Konosuba's golemist were alike, wasn't Monmu Suu created?:p

Well we now know why the girls hate slime monsters with a passion now, and to think the researcher wanted to make a harem out of slimegirls after all that's said and done. In any case it seems Kohaku is living up to be the cuddly mascot of the group that involuntarily end up being choked by whomever is holding her.

not in ep.6 but that cute form kinda reminds me Hayate's Tama, specially now with a mansion and servitude for tōya... still after another marriage bomb this time by Sue, I guess only kami-sama is stronger than him if dragons aren't <_<

Well I guess taking down a dragon whelp is kind of a major undertaking I take it, but it looked like it wasn't that big of a deal. In any case for Touya it seems that him talking to the Red Dragon like it's no big deal kind of says something about how easygoing he really is about things. Also, it seems he's using his smartphone for his multi-targeting spell attacks as well it seems.

also a beastman king who looked like a worthy opponent in the opening, even Tōya's Slip was too much for him but... i thought its last main girl left to debut helped on blinding this dragon, as stalker fairy yet ep'7 isn't so predictable ^_^

Pretty much it seems when Touya is told how a certain Null Spell works he can actually use it himself as well on top of the magic he already learned. To think that showing off how he can do any Null Magic might actually of been a bad thing to do with the stalker fairy it would seem.

likely she'll join his harem now as he can teleport anywhere others Recall, half ep'8 was filler from riding bikes to... hire a loli pickpocket maid finally 17 years 0ldgaxLyon, but we'll see if 'Frazes' are tough after a visit at Yae's homeland

yup to even kill undeads previously but as if its fanservice wasn't enough, now we get a mandatory swimsuit ep'10... telling by the chinese shijin i guess there are 2 left to summon, yet as cliffhanger new girl debuts going Commando?

So we're now down to the last episode and it feels like not only does he manage to get any girl he meets to like him, but he now has a floating garden and a lewd android of sorts as well. I get the feeling that this episode will be uncensored with the pantyshot here on the DVD/BluRay release I take it.

isn't she just trolling us? ep.12 shows her creator's panties, peeping him along Kami-lolicon and megami of love clichés... to think not only Toya lost 1 fight at last or his 9 wives' spoiler, also a new main guy after Leen's ED finale (if S2)-_-

I wholeheartedly agree to the whole S2 is when now for this. I only say that since it feels like there is more to this and it only feels like we have only seen like maybe one book of the LN if anything I take it.
