Ah that's becuase she liked being the moe moe imouto-chan in the Visual Novel and even in the MeltyBlood games as well. Although I still do like her in her Vermillion Modeo. I mean she has a sense of elagance in wanting to go yandere over you.

It's more along the line of Mikiya actually taking on Shiki's surname since she is from a very prominent family in a way. Besides it's usually a common thing for some people to take on the more respected name then thier own depending on the couple of course.

Yes, that's a possibility of him taking her family name. However, I'm more interested in them being married and actually being a proper family in that they are wife and husband.
However, I can also seeing them being unmarried as well, I just rather hope they get married.

Yes the more pressing matter happens to be how to milk the Fate Franchise dry over doing the Tsukihime Anaversery Edition.
I mean I heard something about how Nasu-sama did the scripting for Fate/Extra CCC just to get more of Moe Moe Sakura-chan invovled in the storyline.
Although another thing I'm wondering about is when is the Maho Loli Illya anime series supposed to air? I mean it's been announced for quite some time now and there has been three seasons of the manga out as well for them to work with here.

Oh so far the teaser for it is now giving specualtion fuel for a Sacchin Route here. Although there are two things that can ruin Sacchin's hopes for being with Shiki. The first is not giving her route again after all this time, or the game getting an All-Ages rating to it. So either way "Isn't it sad Sacchin, even if you do get your route here you'll still not end up in bed with Tohno-kun."

Okay this needs to be bumped for a very good reason. Apparently it's now the end of the world. Why you might ask, well it's because after all this time Fate/Hallow Ataraxia is now finally translated. So finally I can get to see Caren-sama in all her glory... well her and Bazzett too.
